Unlike our other products, the Smart pool light is different in that we need to first determine whether the light or the control box is the issue. It's also possible that the issue is with the power source coming into the control box. To begin, please follow the troubleshooting steps here.
Once you have gone through the steps and determined which component is defective (if any), please give us a call at (510)939-7919 so that we can arrange the replacement of the control box or light.
