- First 30 days from purchase: 

  • Full Refund or Exchange
  • If purchased through Amazon, you can skip the warranty claim form and just process your return/exchange via the Amazon website

- First 12 months from purchase: 

  • Replacement Unit Price: $0.00 (small handling fee applies)
  • Only valid if the unit stops working due to any defect not caused by negligence.

- After 12 months (lifetime) from purchase:

  • Replacement unit Cost: 50% off current price.
  • Valid if unit stops working due to any defect, damage or wear regardless of reason.

  • Proof of purchase required. Order ID and date of purchase must be provided by the purchaser. Requires registration of product (link above) within 30 days from date of purchase.

    What is covered under warranty:

    All of our Ionizers and Pool and Spa Lights are covered under our warranty. However, there are some exceptions for certain replacement parts. Please see below for these exceptions:

     Exceptions for what is not covered under warranty:

    - Replacement remote Controls for our lights - if you lose or need a replacement remote, you can find details here to get a new one: https://nomoregreen.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/23256322678413-How-to-get-a-replacement-remote-for-your-pool-or-spa-light

    - Ionizer Copper Anode, Basket or Spring - these are designed to slowly wear out and need to be purchased every couple of years. Note: you can click on one of the links below to order a replacement kit for your ionizer. You will receive 50% off of your first order when filling out the warranty registration form.
